Every year we gather for our Annual Movie Night and potluck, enjoying a film based on a book. This year we will watch “All the King’s Men” based on a 1946 novel of the same title by Robert Penn Warren. The novel tells the story of charismatic populist governor Willie Stark and his political machinations in the Depression-era Deep South.
